9. La Brocherie

The story of Chef Fabian and his wife Tere began many years ago in Paris. Fabian's parents owned a couple of restaurants and a disco and Fabian was born in the industry and at the age of 22 he opened his first restaurant, 'La vie pariesenne'.

At the same time, Tere was living in Spain, and developed a passion for food. 10 Years later, she opened her first catering company in the city of Buenos Aires, where she mixes the love of Italian food with the delicious flavors of her Mexican ancestry of Monterrey.

Fabian moved to New York and was working in a restaurant for 10 years, and the house specialties earn food from Gascony in southeastern France.

Now, the couple has mixed their 2 cultures and extensive experience to make up the Brocherie!

Here you can enjoy the flavors of France in the specialty of maison - simplicity, a-la-carte, delicious roasted chicken! Our chicken is marinated in pineapple for many hours then and roasted very slowly with Provencal herbs. Served with spicy sauce - a fusion of spices from Mexico and the delicacy of France! Coordinated by executive chef Gerard Sertouk.
