Executive chef
Juan Diego Solombrino was born in Guatemala, where he originally discovered his interest in food and cooking.
Throughout his 16 year career, he has created his own signature dishes that have been deeply influenced by an acute understanding and appreciation of fresh and natural products and the rich flavors of Mediterranean and Asian fusion cuisine.
